How long does the set-up process take?
After your initial call with us, we aim to get your sample list of SKUs to you within 24 hours. Once you make your selection, we'll ask that you fill out a new customer form and provide us with your reseller certificate. As soon as that's done we'll prepare your first order!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by supplier and product category. We work to match you with opportunities that align with your inventory capacity, whether you're looking for small test orders or larger bulk purchases.
How does Optavex make money?
Much like a traditional wholesaler, we make money by selling products to you at a markup.
What marketplaces do you support?
Our system is marketplace-agnostic. We work with retailers selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify stores, and many other platforms. Our focus is on finding the right products for your business, regardless of where you sell.
How often will I receive new inventory opportunities?
Most partners receive curated inventory opportunities on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your capacity and the availability of relevant inventory. The frequency can be adjusted based on your preferences.
